Garrison Bay, San Juan Island.
Garrison Bay is located on the northwestern side of San Juan Island and is a favorite for boaters who enjoy anchoring out in the serenity of the naturally protected bay. Guss Island is located in Garrison Bay and is bordered by English Camp National Park and by private residences. English Camp is where the British Royal Marines were located during the “Pig War” in the 1800’s.
